About us and our podcast

Heather and Kaati teamed up to podcast and inspire in November 2017 after working together at a well-known Colorado IT company for three years. Kaati was on the senior leadership team leading an internal support team and Heather is still a marketing manager. After forming a women's leadership team together at work, they realized that it was time to take their passion from hobby to mission.
